Includes an OCR engine for 7 languages, handles any kind of digital files like PDF, MP3, AVI, DOC, XLS, TIFF, JPG, GIF, etc.; and you can define new ones. You can use MS-Word and MS-Excel within ScanVision. The database lets you search files/objects by predefine keys using criterias like : "starts with", "equal to", "like", "greater or equal to", "less or equal to", "between", "different than" or "set". You can send by email,fax, print, export, withing the application. You can create rubber stamps and annotations.
