IVOS (Intelligent Voice Operating System) suggests is an intelligent agent which runs on your desktop and learns the way the computer is being operated by you. It has both Speech Recognition and Text to Speech. Create your own commands for any software you like. Dictate your voice into any digital recorder or any mobile recording device, upload it into your computer as a .WAV file. Now you can use IVOS to transfer this recorded file into text or commands. Change the skin color of your IVOS. Right click on any command and record your voice for that particular command. Get confirmation for any command you said and get voice messages when open or exit IVOS.
