This is personal information manager with very unusual design (it have the transparent window). It can reside on Windows desktop directly and doesn`t obstruct access to files which reside on Windows desktop. There are great tunabilitys of interface`s color. It allow select to any pictures of Windows desktop.The program allow to do:

start the program automatically when the computer starting;

plan the tasks and write it in the database;

remind about planned tasks beforehand;

edit a record about task;

start the default postal program and send the e-mail;

start the notebook, which installed in Windows.
